Patricia A. Sirowich, Principal

Pat is the founder of PBIRx. She started in the Pharmacy Benefit industry in 1987 with a mail order company and then in 1988 was the eighth employee with one of the top three largest PBMs.   Pat then created a business model for the company that is unique to the prescription benefit market place, PBIRx. Pat has held various positions in the healthcare industry prior to starting in the Pharmacy Benefit Industry including Yale University School of Medicine. She then went on to spend 12 years as a Sales Director for one of the top three largest pharmacy benefit management companies in the U.S. Pat led the company in sales 10 out of the 12 years she worked with that company, providing services to over 3 million lives, and over 2,000 clients. Because of Pat’s success and vast experience, she is recognized as a leader in the industry. Pat has earned a degree from South Central Community College. She has earned several credits at Yale University and is presently a student at the University of New Haven for an advanced degree.

David A. Sirowich, Principal

David has been with PBIRx since its inception. He has over ten years of pharmacy benefit management experience as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a North Eastern sales organization that targeted on sales of pharmacy benefit programs exclusively. He concentrated on the development of new business with large and small employer groups including municipalities and Taft Hartley organizations.
 
David also manages a PBIRx subsidiary, Pharmacy Benefit Actuarial Services, LLC, which focuses on the Medicare Part D subsidy program.
 
David earned a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Finance at Boston College, Wallace E. Carroll School of Management.
